Community Health Centre from Anandapuram visited at Charaka Shramajeevi Ashrama Honnesara, Heggodu grama and made a Health Inspection Camp on 05.12.2023.
The main objective of this camp is to inform the rural community of the benefits of health camp and the purpose of covering in the rural sector to prevent HIV transmission and to control its spread and have equal access to Quality Health Services.
Many other knowledgeable information provided by the team. Blood samples were taken of each employee and various tests were conducted like sugar, BP, haemoglobin and health tips were given to every individual while tests were taken. This camp was very helpful for the community who are living in the rural area. The community people were allowed to ask anything related to their health issue.
We thank to the health department of Karnataka for taking this initiative and organizing the team to reach out in rural areas and we also thank the staffs who came and supported from Zilla Panchayat Shivamogga KSAPS (Karnataka State Aids Prevention Society Bangalore, District Health & Control Unit Shivamogga, Taluk Medical Office Sagar & Community Health Centre Anandapuram) NACO, NHM.
